Shipping Time Frame:
Orders will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase, unless your order includes a pre-order item. If your order includes a pre-ordered item it will ship on the pre-order ship date or once inventory is filled.
Shipping Options:
- STANDARD: 1st Class USPS 3-7 business days from ship date, not order date.
- EXPRESS: 1-3 business days from ship date, not order date. (Insured Up To $50 by USPS)
- Priority Plus (HIGHLY SUGGESTED): Full amount of your order is insured in the event that it is lost or stolen.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 7-21 business days from ship date, not order date.
International customers are responsible for all fees and taxes imposed by customs.
Delivery time frames are an estimate, Reelle Chics Athleisure Wear does not guarantee delivery dates.

Reelle Chics Athleisure Wear IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/STOLEN or DAMAGED MAIL. IF YOU SELECT Express Shipping AND YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED, YOU WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH THE USPS TO BE REIMBURSED UP TO $50 FOR LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED MAIL.
IF YOU SELECT Priority Plus SHIPPING AND YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED, YOU WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH THE USPS TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER. NON RECEIPT OF PACKAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE. ALL CLAIMS ARE SUBJECT TO USPS APPROVAL.
Pick Up/Delivery- You can not pick up online orders. We do not deliver.
Order Accuracy: Please make sure your order is correct, check your item selection and address before you check out. Reelle Chics Athleisure Wear will not make changes to any orders. Once your order is placed, we will ship to you what you ordered to the address indicated for your shipping address. Adding notes to your order once placed will not constitute a change to your order.
Cancellations: Once your order is processed or packaged it can not be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
Return or Exchange within 8 days in new condition for an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed and unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any original hang tags attached.
To complete your return or exchange, please email the sales team at reellechics@gmail.com with the required receipt or proof of purchase and order information (either confirmation email, shipping email, or paper copy included in shipment). Once approved, the sales team will provide you the return address via email. Please ship back via the United States Postal Service (USPS), with no signature required.
Store Credit (if applicable):
Return within 8 days in new condition, unworn, and unwashed with the original packaging with any original hang tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit
Exchanges:
Return within 8 days in new condition, unworn, and unwashed with the original packaging with any original hang tags attached.
Once we receive the items, we will inspect them and ship out the exchange during our standard shipping policy, please place a note in the return packaging with the new size/style request.
Please make sure the items are not returned with pet hair, women's hair, stains, strong smells, smells of perfume/Febreze, or signs that they have been used and or worked out in, this will prevent us from issuing the store credit/exchange.
If you are approved, exchanged items will be sent out, or your store credit will be processed within 8 business days.
Final Sales: As you guessed, all sales marked “Final Sale” cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please note: that shipping and handling charges and return mail charges are not refundable.
